One question I have been asked by so many people is ' Who did you get the most pleasure out of interviewing'?

That is a really hard question to answer as each interview brings its own interesting facts, but here is a small list which is by no means exhaustive.

Brian Kennedy - Our first high profile interview and such an easy gentleman to talk to !

Paul Brady - Quite simply a living legend and a man who has not forgotten his roots !

Aly Bain - This legendary Shetland Fiddle player actually shared a dram from his bottle of Famous Grouse Whisky with me during the interview !!

Deirdre Shannon and The Celtic Tenors - I was a bag of nerves when I actually got to spend a few days with them in Holland. Real people with superb personalities and superb talent !!

Mary Black - For those of you who know me, you will realise I have been an avid follower of her music for decades. This was a very self indulgent interview that made me realise that after all her hits, Mary is just a down to earth lady !

Moya Brennan - Another Lady who was so easy to talk to !

Christy Hennessy - This interview will remain with me for life. Little did I know that during this interview Christy was aware that he had little time remaining. He was so easy to talk to that the phone call I received a couple of weeks later to say that he had passed away left me absolutely stunned !!

The Elders - Iain Byrne, lead singer with this Celtic Rock band from Kansas had me in stiches of laughter with his fascinating stories !

Eric Bogle - Scotlands larger than life singer / songwriter who sings and speaks from the heart !

Gregor Lowrey and Stevie Gillies - Two great friends whos musical talent combined with their own respective personalities ended up with a lot of editing !!

Paul MacGuinness and The Popes - What a great bunch of guys who are really rocking the London Irish Scene !

The List could go on and on...................................

Every day brings a new challenge so to say what I am going to be doing from one day to the next is like asking how long is a piece of string........
